Leadership

Our lead pastor is Jonathan Dunn. He and his wife, Melissa, have a passion for the local church, and they have a shared conviction for the vision of River City Church to partner with God in leading people to refocus their life, home, and the church back to God.

For 13 years, Jonathan worked in the business sector while serving in numerous roles at local churches. Prior to the launch of River City Church, Jonathan served as a bi-vocational teaching pastor at Family Community Church. He and Melissa have five children: Esten, Molly, Drew, Hudson, and Joseph.

Eddie is the Pastor of Connections and Discipleship at River City Church.  He and his wife, Ashley, have been married since 2006 and have two children, Olive and Lincoln.  They have lived in the Memphis area their entire lives, and have a heart for their community, wanting all to know the love God has for them through Jesus.  Eddie's primary ministry focus will be ensuring that those who show up on Sundays for the first time, those who have been with River City from the beginning and everyone in between are connected, discipled, growing deeper in their relationships with Jesus and others.

Barrett Linhoss is Next Generation and Creative Director at River City Church, working with students, parents, and small group leaders, helping the next generation see Jesus in every way possible! Barrett also serves as our creative team lead, working with a really good group of creatives who just want to see Jesus magnified. He's been married to his wife, Hannah, since 2023. They have one son, Dawson, who is the best baby ever.

Ken Nick serves as an elder and lead over Pastoral Care. Ken has a tremendous heart for people, for their needs, for the church, which can’t be overstated. Ken also oversees much of our tech and production, where he provides incredible leadership to those environments. He and his wife, Gwyn, have been happily married for over 40 years.
